The opinion about Constructive Proposal for Copyright Reform

The opinion about Constructive Proposal for Copyright Reform Having read and analyzed the Constructive Proposal for Copyright Reform, I can say that I fully agree that copyright needs to be reformed. Commercial activity generates income, so commercial copying really makes sense to pay for it, while non-commercial copying and use are free for as long as the latter is not used for financial purposes by private individuals. Such a distribution really makes sense, since, under such a reformation, commercial activity continues to work. In the book, there are told about 6 points of the reformation and each of them will be elaborated further. The first point is that moral rights remain unchanged. In other words, the author must remain the author. I absolutely agree with this, since appropriating other people's merits is illegal. The second point is free non-commercial sharing. This means that private citizens who want to use copying for personal purposes are not required to pay for it. So

The review of the 2004 Information Society Report to the Parliament of Finland by Pekka Himanen

The review of the 2004 Information Society Report The 2004 Information Society Report to the Parliament of Finland by Pekka Himanen highlights the serious challenges that the global information society may face in subsequent years after 2004. Talking about information society we do not always understand what it means but it also can be described as a creative society based on interaction. The information economy is based on innovation, so this is not a surprise that the most important thing for the information society is not new technologies, but a new way to invent new things. Creativity and ideas have always been highly valued and continue to this day. The report starts with the global developments of the information society, which were in strong progress already in 2004. One of these trends has been the global distribution of work. This implies that countries with different economic levels should perform work at different levels. Routine work falls on cheap countries such as Brazil,

Influence of the Web Feeds on the news environment In the last few decades, the sources of information have been related to radio, television and newspapers. Today, the Internet is the most widespread source of information. Thanks to the common use of the Internet, almost all media have moved to the World Wide Web and an increase in access speed has only significantly increased this type of spread of information. The decline in local news reporting has created an information vacuum, making it possible for misinformation and disinformation to flourish online. Although misinformation in media is not new, it spreads rapidly in today’s speech environments on social media.  Social media platforms are designed to disseminate content through algorithms that can modify patterns of individual exposure in opaque ways, causing different people to see and hear different content. Furthermore, users’ self-selection of content creates homogeneous, polarized clusters or echo chambers that can increa

The technology that becomes obsolete and has been replaced by more modern things GPS navigation system Description: GPS (Global Positioning System) is a satellite-based radionavigation system owned by the United States government and operated by the United States Space Force. It is one of the global navigation satellite systems (GNSS) that provides geolocation and time information to a GPS receiver anywhere on or near the Earth where there is an unobstructed line of sight to four or more GPS satellites. Obstacles such as mountains and buildings can block the relatively weak GPS signals. Working principle: The working/operation of the Global positioning system is based on the ‘trilateration’ mathematical principle. The position is determined from the distance measurements to satellites. From the figure, the four satellites are used to determine the position of the receiver on the earth. The target location is confirmed by the 4th satellite. And three satellites are used to trace the loc
